Before
you buy a new cell phone or new tablet, please try the following

be done on an external device, hard drive, raid system or media.

Remove the battery back cover. Wait 15 seconds before you press the reset button. Press the reset hole with the stylus. Sharp WS003sh will restart.

Remove USB cable and the miniSD card if you have inserted. Remove battery cover. Wait 15 seconds before you go to next step.Press POWER + RESET buttons together to do a hard reset.
