Gigabyte gSmarta  G1355 hard reset

To hard reset using buttons try the Volume down + power on combo. Select wipe data / Factory reset with volume key and select by pressing power key.  Not tested yet, pls leave comment.

G1355 ROM upgrade hard reset

Gigabyte gSmart G1355 ROM upgrade GSmart _G1355_V1.13.1_EEU
Copy downloaded (from gigabyte website) files, update1.zip and configure to memory card root folder.
Please make sure the battery is over 99% full before upgrading. Place the Micro SD card into the phone and turn off the phone.
Then press and hold the Volume UP Key and press the Power Button at the same time, until the “android figure” with a yellow exclamation mark show up, release all buttons and it will start installing.

Device will reboot automatically. Do not do anything until you see this: then press power button to reboot



or reset Gigabyte G1355 cell phone via menu options
1. From the Home screen, touch the Menu Key .
2. Touch Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset.
3. Read the warning and touch Reset phone.
4. Touch Erase everything.
