LG Mach LS860 hard reset
CAUTION! If you perform a factory reset, all user applications and user data will be deleted. Please remember to back up any important data before performing a factory reset.When you can‘t recall your LG LS860 unlock Pattern, PIN or Password:
1. Turn the power off.
2. Press and hold the following keys for over 10 seconds: Down Volume Button + Power/Lock Button .
3. When the Factory Hard Reset screen is displayed, release these keys and follow the instructions on the screen.

You can use LG Mobile Support tool to repair some LG cell phone model, after download select menu Customer Support > Recovery Phone
Force restart if your phone is frozen. Take out battery and reinsert it.
