Resetting Your System
Occasionally, you may need to reset your device. For example, you should reset your system when it stops
responding; or appears to be frozen or locked up.
Insert a small rod, such as a straightened paperclip, into the reset button of your device. This is called a soft
reset. The Home screen should appear after a soft reset.

If your device is not working properly. you can try a soft reset. On the right hand side of your device. you'll find a small opening. containing the reset button. Push it once with the tip of the stylus at the end of wrist strap to perform a soft reset.

If this does not solve your problem. You may try a hard reset. Pushing the on/off button for 4 to 5 seconds will hard reset your device. Push the button again for 4 to 5 seconds to start it up again.
