Resetting Mobile Phone via menuAll personal information and downloaded apps will be deleted if you reset the phone. Back up any important data stored on the phone before resetting it.
Home screen > Settings > Backup & reset > Backup & reset settings screen is displayed. Select Factory data
reset. Factory data reset → Reset phone → Erase everything.

To delete all data in microSD card, mark [Erase SD card] checkbox.
You can reset this mobile phone to the default status.
This operation deletes all the applications installed and data saved to this mobile phone after purchase, with some
exceptions.
If you want to delete the internal memory also, select [Erase USB storage] checkbox.

If [Face Unlock], [Pattern], [PIN], or [Password] has been specified for the [Screen lock] setting, perform the specified unlocking method.

After reset, your mobile phone is restarted.
