Before
you buy a new cell phone or new tablet, please try the following
procedure to repair your device. First charge your battery, backup your

It is impossible to recover your data after doing a hard reset, so
online backup is always important. For all of your data, a backup should
be done on an external device, hard drive, raid system or media.

While Phone powered ON... tap "Emergency call" and dial *983*987#. Tap "Erase Everything".Once the reset is complete, the phone will power cycle.
Reset to Factory Settings Android 2.3.5
Touch Home Key > Menu Key > Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset > Reset phone > Erase everything.
WARNING: All your personal information and downloaded applications on your phone will be erased after the resetting.
If your phone is responding to screen input, then open Settings from the Applications menu. Tap Backup & reset > Factory data reset click Reset phone and then Erase everything to format your phone.
ZTE Anthem N910 Software upgrade.
You can download update.zip from MetroPCS website. Copy to SD card and go to MENU-->Settings-->About phone-->System updates-->Storage card updates. Click OK and the N910 phone will automatically restart and update its software.
