Before
you buy a new cell phone or new tablet, please try the following
procedure to repair your device. First charge your battery, backup your

be done on an external device, hard drive, raid system or media.

All data will be lost!You can reset your ZTE Grand S device's password: Turn off your phone, then turn it on. Select emergency dial. Input *983*987# in emergency dial-up pad. It will restore factory settings and your personal data will be erased.

Reset Your Grand S Phone from menu
The Factory data reset option erases all data on your phone and restores it to original factory settings. The data removed from the phone includes your Google Account, all system and app data and settings, and all downloaded apps.
1. Touch HOME > APPS > Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset.
2. Touch Reset phone.
If you want to remove all data saved to an installed microSD card, tick the Erase SD card check box before touching Reset phone.
3. Touch Erase everything and then follow the prompts to confirm the reset
To reset the ZTE Grand S device from time to time for optimum performance, power off the device and remove the battery. Reinsert it and turn on your Andorid phone.
