i-Mate SP4m hard reset
Before
you buy a new cell phone or new tablet, please try the following
procedure to repair your device. First charge your battery, backup your
important data if possible and in most cases take out SIM and SD card.
It is impossible to recover your data after doing a hard reset, so
online backup is always important. For all of your data, a backup should
be done on an external device, hard drive, raid system or media.

Power off phone. Press both LEFT and RIGHT SOFT keys, then press POWER for a few sec. Keep holding these 3 buttons until you see"Press 0 to restore factory default, other keys to Quit."
Press 0 to hard reset i-Mate SP4m hard reset. All data will be lost!
First, turn off the phone.
At the same time, press & hold the Left and Right Soft Key, (keep pressing 2 keys) + press the
Power button once for 2 sec.Press 0 button when it asks.
i-Mate SP4m hard reset will take a few minutes. Be patient.
i-Mate SP4m hard reset Clear Storage
To access this menu, press Start in the Home screen > Accessories > Clear storage
Reset all your mobile phone settings to the default. Use with care as this will
delete ALL your data.
