MiTAC Mio A700 hard reset
Before
you buy a new cell phone or new tablet, please try the following
procedure to repair your device. First charge your battery, backup your
important data if possible and in most cases take out SIM and SD card.
It is impossible to recover your data after doing a hard reset, so
online backup is always important. For all of your data, a backup should
be done on an external device, hard drive, raid system or media.

Press the RESET hole on Mio A700 to restart.

To clear the memory device:
1. Make sure that A700 is turned off.
2. Press and hold the volume down and the END CALL red button.
3. After the vibration .
4. A700 automatically turn on. Lights up the keyboard and the screen setup wizard appeare. Follow the instructions on the screen.
5. Restore the partnership with your desktop PC.
6. Reinstall the necessary additional software.
