O2 XDA Mini S hard reset
Before
you buy a new cell phone or new tablet, please try the following
procedure to repair your device. First charge your battery, backup your
important data if possible and in most cases take out SIM and SD card.
It is impossible to recover your data after doing a hard reset, so
online backup is always important. For all of your data, a backup should
be done on an external device, hard drive, raid system or media.
To perform an O2 XDA Mini S soft reset
• Use the stylus to lightly press and hold the RESET button on the left side of your device. The device restarts and displays the
Today screen.
Warning! Always turn off your device before performing a soft reset or installing/replacing the battery and SIM card.
To perform an O2 XDA Mini S hard reset
1. Turn off your device
2. Press and hold “Comm Manager” and “Voice Command” buttons at the same time; then press “RESET” button.
3. When the screen displays the message “Press Send to restore…”, then press “Send” button.
