O2 XDA Neo hard reset
Before
you buy a new cell phone or new tablet, please try the following
procedure to repair your device. First charge your battery, backup your
important data if possible and in most cases take out SIM and SD card.
It is impossible to recover your data after doing a hard reset, so
online backup is always important. For all of your data, a backup should
be done on an external device, hard drive, raid system or media.
To perform a O2 XDA Neo soft reset
- Use the stylus to lightly press and hold the RESET button on the bottom of your device. Your device restarts and displays the Today screen.
Warning! Always turn off your device before performing a soft reset.
To perform a O2 XDA Neo hard reset
- Press and hold the CAMERA and COMM MANAGER buttons, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device.
